When a copier needs additional paper, contact print@mayvillestate.edu or call the library circulation desk for it to be delivered to you. For people with access to the paper storage room in Old Main, look for a clipboard in the room to document that paper you are taking and for which area it will be used. Any paper used through a PaperCut enabled printer/copier, is included with the regular print charge. Documenting the amount of paper retrieved in the storage area is only for inventory purposes.
Any paper not intended for use with PaperCut printers/copiers should be purchased through the MSU Bookstore which always has basic letter sized white paper available. Other paper sizes and colors may still be purchased through the bookstore but does require coordination between the library and the bookstore so please plan ahead.
When paper jams occur, follow the on-screen directions to clear the paper jam. If you are unsuccessful, contact ITS for assistance. If you notice a printer regularly having paper jam issues, please contact ITS.
